Terms of Use – Client Services

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by EZ-TR Corporate (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to its clients (“Client” or “you”).
By engaging the Company’s services, the Client agrees to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
The Company provides advisory, security, compliance, insurance-related, technical, and support services (the “Services”).
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Use the Services only for lawful business purposes

Designate authorized representatives

Promptly notify the Company of material changes affecting the Services
3. Client Data
In connection with the Services, the Company may receive, process, or store information relating to the Client or the Client’s customers (“Client Data”).
Client Data may be stored:

to provide and support the Services

for backup, recovery, and business continuity

to assist with future support or follow-up requests
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Client Data may be retained for operational, support, backup, legal, or regulatory purposes.
The Client may request deletion of Client Data by submitting a written request.
Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may be subject to legal, regulatory, or legitimate business retention requirements.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
The Services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis.
The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, regulatory approvals, insurance terms, or prevention of cyber incidents.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the Services giving rise to the claim
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information received in connection with the Services, except as required by law.
8. Termination
Services may be terminated in accordance with the applicable agreement between the parties.
Upon termination, Client Data will be handled in accordance with Section 4.
9. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms apply to ongoing Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
